Richard Hoeben
For more than over 18 years, Richard has been working in the Dutch Customs Brokers and Forwarding Industry where he specializes in Duty Recovery and Binding Tariff Rulings. As a licensed Customs House Broker he has a deep understanding of European Customs regulations, VAT and global trade related issues. Prior to joining Tradewin, Richard worked in various positions where he gained experience both in consulting and global trade compliance. Richard speaks Dutch, German and English.
