Koki Tabira is the pioneer of our Japanese practice. He found Tradewin because he wanted a job where he could use his experience with international trade. With a background in logistics, consulting, and trade promotion, Koki contributes a unique and informed perspective to the company. Since starting at Tradewin, an exciting aspect has been collaborating with teams globally, where everyone understands and communicates with the same industry vocabulary and mindset. Koki’s gotten to develop his skills in HS and Export Control classification. He is a Registered Customs Specialist in Japan and holds an AIBA certificate. To maintain a healthy work-life balance, Koki tries to remain responsible and aware of how he spends his time. He loves to read, both technical writing and literature. He also enjoys traveling around Africa.
